The project proposes a very compact development that allows for maximum expanse in the landscape. Economic volumes are designed and operated on a small scale and divided into a wide variety of ownership sizes. The apartments are efficient, but experience an expansion through a generous additional layer of space. A chamber development parallel to Engestrasse allows for a traffic-free alley that becomes a meeting place.
