Long-term development strategy for the town centre and concrete development and use proposals for the Beugi site. The project distinguishes between the areas “village centre” and “campus”, whose characters are gradually and carefully reinforced. Strategic phasing will allow both major distributors to remain in the centre. A small-scale residential development is being built on the Beugi site with a large-scale retailer in the basement.
