A new quarter is being built around the new Martinpark on the Siegenthalergut. The routing follows the most important desire lines and interweaves the area with the west of Thun. The development runs parallel to Hohmadstrasse, which will be transformed into a boulevard with a tree canopy as an attractive entrance to the city. The roadside development is staggered in height and depth. Behind them, the buildings are grouped around large communal open spaces.
