The new centre is being created around the Stadthain, a multi-purpose town square with tall trees. At the play park there is either the new town hall or Altenwohnen as an extension of the existing community hall with fire brigade. A new link leads from the station square across the tracks: the new centre connects Dinkelberg, Talbach and Unterberg with the Rhine foreland and the banks of the Rhine.
