HABITER SUR LA COLLINE VERTE: Sinueux district roads with a maximum gradient of 6% serve as the basis for a manageable way of getting around. The belvederes at their extremities tie the city to the landscape. The inutile south-facing slopes that define the peninsula are eliminated. Most of the stations are located at the bottom of the valley. The train and bus arrivals are grouped around place Saint-Léonard. The urban axis on the outskirts is the historic road that runs from Place Saint-Léonard, through the Halte d’Agy, the existing Hameau plateau with the school and the agro-cultural public park to the valley floor at the foot of the Torry hill. The buildings are grouped in clusters, with a communal and landscaped outdoor space at the center of each of them. The houses create an urban porosity that favors the flow of descending frost air and the continuity of ecology, biodiversity, the microclimate and the retention of rainwater.
