Egli Areal Wetzikon

Urban development scenarios for the Jules Egli AG site, located on the outskirts of Wetzikon and the protected natural area of the Riet of the Pfäffikersee. In a flexible transformation process that can be carried out in stages, a new quarter is being created with a variety of residential offers and a substantial commercial component, which is grouped around the new park and is connected to the forest by an elongated open space. Special types of terraced houses allow building along the busy Pfäffikerstrasse, the roadside development enables living with a view of the Riet and protects the interior of the site from noise.
