The Crypto site will be bordered by buildings along the most important connecting routes, Zugerstrasse and Dorfbach. The short staggered building volumes spatially enclose the tree-lined Zugerstrasse and accentuate the slight curve in the view from the village centre. To the rear is the new neighbourhood square as an arrival and meeting point for the area. With an open development, the apartments are oriented in a fan shape to the south towards the Rigi. The buildings are oriented on several sides and optimized for views and sunlight. The height of the buildings decreases towards the stream, and the long buildings enclose the important landscape and path space. All residential buildings are connected to the neighbourhood square via an inner ring, which offers connections to the overriding streets and pathways on all sides. The ring road is free of traffic and offers a high quality of stay.
