Chance Uetikon

Parallel study contract in a selective procedure (test planning), master plan and guideline concept for the communal and cantonal design plans.

The opening of the CU site becomes an opportunity for Uetikon through its cross-scale embedding: as a public space and school location in the Zurich metropolitan region, as a lakeside park for the Lake Zurich area, as a neighbourhood in relation to the neighbouring communities along the Seestrasse and as a new lake access for the community of Uetikon.
