A new park is being created centrally for the neighbourhood and patients. Further building blocks are a clear definition and formulation of the central points of arrival and stay, a clinic- and location-specific definition of the building site boundaries with typological proof of the expansion possibilities as well as a gradual introduction of more efficient traffic systems. Special importance is attached to the consideration of structural and open space situations worthy of protection.
