The Kappelerhof is one of the four transformation areas defined in the spatial development concept REK. For these areas, it is important to formulate development concepts that are supported and shaped by the population as part of the current revision of the land use planning.
The present mission statement is the result of a professional and participatory process that was carried out in 2021 as part of the land use planning revision and together with the population. At the same time, it proposes a structure to organize the complex spatial relationships and identify planning levels of action for implementation.
